Essex Homes Buyer Incentives (Use Them or Loose Them)


Time is running out to use the Essex Homes incentives; below are the coupons I have left and my contact information.    Just a reminder I will not accept additional incentives from the builder; theses funds will be given to the buyer I represent at closing.  Wishing all a Merrry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Contract to build with Essex Homes and receive half off designer options up to $20,000!! Discount not to exceed $10,000. Only one agent and client coupon per home sale. Coupon must be presented at time of contract. Offer not to be combined with any other incentives or offers. Contract must be written prior to 12/31/2011.

Purchase and close an inventory home and receive up to $5,000 towards sales price. Allowable options and/or closing costs! Only one agent coupon and one client coupon per home sale. Couons must be presented at time of contract. Offer not to be combined wiht any other incentives or offers. Contract mut be written prior to 12/31/2011 and close no later than 1/31/2012.
