I used to be a licensed agent for State Farm, and typically don't need much assistance with understanding my policies. However, I had a very unique situation come up that I never dealt with in the 10 years I worked for State Farm agents.

Kelsey was also unsure because of the uniqueness of the situation, but took the time to speak to David and underwriting to be sure she was providing accurate information. She listened to my story, understood my question, and got the answer. She always ends calls with "Is there anything else I can help you with today?".

Her service is second to none - I don't have the words to express how much I appreciate Kelsey.
